Happy Halloween
We had a great weekend watching Auburn football and celebrating Halloween with LeeLee, Big J, and Aunt Susu. We never heard whether or not our neighborhood was going to trick or treat on Saturday or Sunday. So, we decided to go ahead and get dressed up and take pictures. As it turns out, we didn't have any trick or treaters, so it looks like Round 2 is tonight.

It's Friday!
Not all of us are happy....
Ready for Auburn Football....
I know that my grandmother can see the blog, right now, because my parents are there. We love you, Gran. We are sorry that you fell and hope that you feel better. Don't let a few stitches, above your eye, ruin your fun at Bill's birthday party.

5 things...
1. I found out, this morning, that Aunt Jennifer (Lee) is having her oral surgery, today. We hope that everything went okay. I had oral surgery (TMJ) about 8 years ago and it was the worst surgery I have experienced. That's saying a lot considering I've had 2 c-sections. Anyway, I couldn't eat solid food for about 8 weeks, lost 15 pounds in about 2 weeks and almost passed out in my parents shower. It was extremely painful.
2. I took another day off, today, to go on Jack's first field trip. We went to a pumpkin patch, in Clanton. It was fun, but didn't compare to the one we went to, in Youngsville, NC. Our loot...
3. Holden had his 9 month check-up, today. He weighed 19 lbs 13oz and was 29 1/2 inches long. I keep warning Jack that Holden will outgrow him, soon, and that he should think twice about picking on him. Also, we found out that Holden has an ear infection that should bust in a couple of days. The sickness is never-ending.
4. Jason received this letter, in the mail, yesterday...
5. I am really excited about the Auburn vs LSU game, this Saturday. I hope that this game is just as enjoyable and exciting as they have been, so far.

Uncle David and Aunt Sarah
Jack and I had a wonderful trip to North Carolina. It took us 11 hours to get there, but we took our time. I decided to speed things up and it took us 9 hours to get home. I wish we could have stayed a little longer, but we'll take what we can get. On Saturday morning, Jack, David, and I went to the Museum of Life and Science. (Sarah had to sleep because she got home about 8am from her, second, night shift) Then, we came home and watched that amazing Auburn Football Game. On Sunday, we went to the mall, early, and the drove out to a pumpkin patch, in the afternoon.
Here are a lot of pictures from our trip...
Roxy is an amazing dog. She has the has the most gentle temper and the saddest face. I think that she is beautiful.

This was one of the first things that Jack did. All he talked about the rest of the time, at the museum, was wanting to go back to the water pumps.
It was impossible to get a picture where they were both smiling and had their eyes open. But, that's the way I feel about Jason. He always closes his eyes, in pictures.
Jack chose pumpkins for all of us. Fortunately, he didn't notice when we secretly switched them out for better looking pumpkins.

Their cute house.
On another note:
1. We send out lots of prayers for Will, tonight. He his undergoing his second sleep study. We hope, so much, that he will be given the OK to remove the trach.
2. I believe that a congratulations is in order for Joe, who became engaged, while visiting Lilly, in Italy. It's been an exciting year for Jason's side of the family.

Lots to come...
Jack and I had a wonderful trip to North Carolina. We made it there and back, safely. I took lots of pictures from our trip to the Museum of Life and Science and the Pumpkin Patch. I am so tired from driving, that I couldn't get the pictures ready to post. However, I did pick out the pictures that I want. Hopefully, tomorrow night, I will post pictures and tell you about our trip.

A rough week
It has been a long week. On Sunday night, we called Kiki and Grandad to see if they would come babysit Holden, on Monday. Holden had been sick all weekend. They drove into town on Monday morning. Monday afternoon, we took Holden to the doctor and found out he had croup. Well, we canceled our 9 month checkup and Kiki and Grandad settled in to nurse Holden back to health. It quickly became obvious that he was not getting better anytime soon. Then, Wednesday morning Jack woke up with an awful cough. Jack had a low grade fever over the weekend, but on Wednesday morning, it was closer to 101 degrees. It is Thursday night and Holden is feeling much better. Jack still has a fever, but I feel like we are improving. We finally let Kiki and Grandad go home, since they had doctor appointments. I am staying home with the boys, tomorrow. Their daycare is closed on Monday, for Columbus Day, and Jason is going to stay home with them. Hopefully, everyone will be much better by Tuesday.
To each their own....
Jack loves Holden...
Holden is obsessed with Jack...
